I've had previously decent experiences with their sales department, and okay experiences with their service department until a visit in February2022. They ended up charging me for an oil change that was su department, and okay experiences with their service department until a visit in February2022. They ended up charging me for an oil change that was supposed to be free, and they charged me for it twice on the breakdown of charges! They also didn't replace a set of rotors they said they were going to, but then didn't charge me any less. Then after I got my vehicle back, my breaks were sputtering so badly I had to take it to someone else to get fixed! When the person responsible for calling people after the services called and I got a message I thought I might be able to get some clarification on some things and express my displeasure. I tried to reach out several times but I was never contacted back. All in all it was not a great time, and it left a very sour taste in my mouth. I do not recommend taking any vehicles here unless it's a recall service or something you don't have to pay for. More
Purchased my Honda Accord from Sussman and routinely had it serviced there until now. I will not return to the dealership and do not recommend them for your service needs. I have had issues with one service advisor.on multiple occasions. On last service visit, he provided me with a list of recommended repairs, some of which were not needed. For example, he suggested a tire rotation when they had done it on a recent service visit 4,000 miles earlier. They also suggested replacing the serpentine belt, which they had replaced less than 10,000 miles and 1 1/2 years earlier. I’ve encountered this same issue with the service advisor previously and have all my receipts in hand when I receive a call telling me what the car supposedly needs. I shouldn’t have to do this. Further,ore, when I questioned the service advisor about his list, he became rude and suggested that I have my car serviced elsewhere. Finally, a suggestion upon which I can rely! More
They might be good at the technical side of service, but some of the people need some training in customer relations. I reported a recurring issue of my display (mileage, fuel, range, trip meter, etc) dis some of the people need some training in customer relations. I reported a recurring issue of my display (mileage, fuel, range, trip meter, etc) disappearing for periods of time. My car is still under warranty. They couldn't reproduce it at the shop. I asked for something to indicate that the problem was reported under warranty so I would not have to pay for it if got to the point where they could see it even if that was after the warranty was up. Instead of acknowledging that it would seem fair to do that, I got the same repeated canned irrelevant lectures about how wrong I was. I could even understand if they said that their hands were tied and they were powerless to do anything even though it seemed unfair. I could have sympathized with that. But instead I was condescended to and made to feel bad for even questioning it. When someone suggested I talk to the general manager, I did that thinking maybe there was someone who could make fair decisions for the customer. Instead, he started to give me almost word for word the same lectures about how wrong I was. More
My car leasing was up and I came in to drop it off yesterday. Mr. Andre Gray came to me and did above and beyond to help me purcharse it. I was very happy with my purchase at this dealership. They went above and beyond in a crazy chip shortage market to get me the car I wanted. Derrick Farrell, my sales guy, was amazing. He made everything a breeze, and had a lot of knowledge about the cars he was selling. He was very easy to talk to, and as a first time car buyer, it made everything less nerve wracking. I highly recommend asking for Derrick if you want to purchase at this dealership. I will say that when it comes to financing, you need to advocate for yourself. They added an additional percentage point to my financing above what was originally agreed upon, and frankly I think that was on the part of the finance manager without the knowledge of the GM, because I could literally see the correct percentage on the finance manager's screen while he was going through everything. I had been approved for 4.25% but was being given 5.25%. However, the GM added a check for the difference to my "we owe" sheet, so I will ultimately still get the same deal. You just have to pay attention to the financing. The GM did a great job making things right. More
