The person in charge of owner satisfaction, Elexi, made promises she did not keep, specifically all weather mats after I was already dealing with vehicle issues. When I showed up, she was not there, no one knew what was going on, and there was zero follow through. When I spoke with her on the phone, she confidently told me the call was recorded and that she would send it to prove me wrong. Unsurprisingly, that recording was never provided. Instead, I was told it was somehow my fault because of a robo call app, which I do not even have. I also spoke with the manager at the sales desk who wears glasses, who dismissed the situation and implied I was confused. That is not how you handle customer issues at all. On the service side, Greg Trask was the only bright spot. He stepped in, was professional, and actually tried to help even though he had no idea what had been promised before I arrived. Credit where it is due. At the end of the day, I am still dealing with vehicle issues, and the sales experience turned me into someone who will not recommend this dealership and will actively share my experience when asked. More
Do NOT do business with Premier Nissan Mall of Georgia! We were supposed to buy a new 2025 Nissan Armada from them, filled out the credit application and completed a contract with the terms we agreed on wi We were supposed to buy a new 2025 Nissan Armada from them, filled out the credit application and completed a contract with the terms we agreed on with an OTD price as long as we financed with them but heard nothing after the contract. So I reached out to follow up and I received a text basically saying they didn’t plan to honor the contract because it was “too good of a deal”. Nobody called me to explain, ever. After calling and texting repeatedly since then, I finally received a call from Bryan the sales manager I was previously working with. He proceeded to tell me there was no signed contract which is a LIE. In addition, they pulled our credit, but he again lied and said they did not pull our credit with the snide comment “it doesn’t say Nissan does it” which is accurate since the financing was through Bank of America. He then smugly proceeded to tell me they would sell it for the listed internet price as if we never had a previous agreed upon price. The way this was handled is clearly a sign they’ve done this before. These people are sketchy, dishonest, and intentionally manipulative. Please share so nobody else gets scammed by this dealership. I have filed a formal complaint with Nissan. More

Almost $5k worth of damage later… This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We had to wait 2.5 hours for the finance office- even thought we had been pre approved through our bank. Then we went back with the check and they had no record of our sale. They could not find any of our paperwork. Over all 6.5 hours waiting while it only took 20 mins to look at the car. Nothing was explained- there were no feature explained. They left less than a fourth of a tank of gas in the car. The salesman was on the phone during my test drive then had to leave abruptly. I will never come back More

I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and have been bringing vehicles for service for nearly 20 years. Management has changed over the years but this is by far the worst it has ever been. Taking my bus bringing vehicles for service for nearly 20 years. Management has changed over the years but this is by far the worst it has ever been. Taking my business elsewhere and will never set foot in this establishment ever again, it is the worst it has ever been. Sales is awful but the Service Dept just flat out sucks. Don't waste your time or your money because they will show no value to you. I can't remember the last time I had a good service appt and today's experience where I was quickly dismissed for a clearly defective windshield just put the definitive in the fact that my business with them is dead. I bought a battery for my nissan GTR on 11/24. I had not driven the car for about a month and the battery was completely dead. My previous battery was original and I never had this issue after a month. I did notice the new battery appeared to be wet on one side. My car is garage stored so I thought that was strange. I tried charging the battery and it would never charge enough to start the car. I had my receipt and on the receipt it said all parts warranty for 12 months. On the battery it was 24 month replacement and 84 month prorated. I removed the battery to bring in and get a replacement. Dan Ryan in parts refused to warranty the battery. He said I need to bring the car in to test it. I can't bring the car in because they battery is dead. He absolutely refused to warranty because I installed it. Nothing on the paper work said warranty void if you install yourself and I also was not told this. He was happy to sell me another battery at full price. Which I had no choice. I work for a dealer group. We would never treat our customers this way. I talked to another nissan deal in Kennesaw and they said it absolutely should have been warranty. I was going to have all my gear boxes and transmission services at this dealer but now? No way! He stated all dealers have this policy and they absolutely do not not! Do better Premier Nissan this is not how you treat customers. Dan Ryan is not a good parts employee. You may want to think about getting him out of customer interaction. Document these supposed rules on your paper work about warranty might me a good idea so you don't lose customers over small transactions. Stand behind your parts and tell the customers the policy upfront or print it!! More

I was on the phone getting an out-the-door price. Online, the price for the 2024 titan xd pr was $56,000.00 with rebates. Out the door price he said was $69,800!!
