I was treated like absolute royalty at Sutherlin subarus and am in love with my new car! Initially I was overwhelmed having to go through the process of buying a new car as it is not my area of expertise. I and am in love with my new car! Initially I was overwhelmed having to go through the process of buying a new car as it is not my area of expertise. Immediately upon walking in, I felt at home with every staff member. They thoughtfully took into consideration all of my preferences and stipulations and guided me through every step of the process. They found me my dream car , which actually exceeded what I had initially asked for and was in my price range! Also, their customer service is top tier as they even followed up with me a few days after my purchase. Thank you all so much for making this experience easy breezy.
