I am beyond grateful and appreciative of the Sutherlin Subaru dealership team. I was having to deal with a slashed tire, came to realize I didn’t have the wheel locks to remove my tire. I called Sutherlin Subaru dealership team. I was having to deal with a slashed tire, came to realize I didn’t have the wheel locks to remove my tire. I called Sutherlin Subaru and explained my situation although it was McKenna Subaru whom I purchased my vehicle from they took ownership of the situation went above and beyond all my expectations to make sure I was taken care of. They took it upon themselves to dispatch a tow truck to pick up my vehicle for them to work on replacing the wheel locks and even provided me a loner vehicle. I can’t express how thankful I am.
