The customs service was excellent as well as the service of my vehicle. The reason for the 3 stars is because they pick and choose who they want to give a loaner car too. Which is not fair I have a Chevrole of my vehicle. The reason for the 3 stars is because they pick and choose who they want to give a loaner car too. Which is not fair I have a Chevrolet & a BMW and when they go in for service the offer a loaner car . Sutton ford do not like to give loaner cars. They offer to take you home and still then you have to wait over a hour for the porter to come. Anyone with a paid service and they vehicle has to stay and prohibit the owner from work or daily living should be offered a loaner car. More
