Overall phone etiquette is very rude and unprofessional. The last few times I called was a nightmare, leaving a message and no retrun call, signed up for text messages and only received inital message and a The last few times I called was a nightmare, leaving a message and no retrun call, signed up for text messages and only received inital message and a Thank you mesage. Had no clue what was going on with my vehicle. I hope this review encourages the service team to acknowledge their shortcomings and make corretions where needed. More

Professional customer service and billing is consistent. The wait time is long (three hours long). I don't know what happened to auto Butler. But overall everyone is polite and trustworthy.
