I reached out and finally got a hold of the sales manager MJ. He saved the day and corrected the issues. Very much appreciate his attention, reaching out and taking steps to make things right. What initially felt like a sour transaction, now feels very good. We are happy with the cars also. Thank you MJ! More

looked at a qx50 when discussing cost salesmen tried to add almost $2000 joining infinity plan. It took at least a dozen times of saying No before they stopped talking about it.
