Coming into infiniti was a great experience; they had excellent service as well. Patient, not pushy! We were pleased with Erica, she was understanding and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off to get serviced after hours & Bo helped me right away by making sure my keys got to the Service department the next day & also helped me by reviewing trade in options, he went the ex helped me right away by making sure my keys got to the Service department the next day & also helped me by reviewing trade in options, he went the extra mile and was even working on his off day to get things moving promptly!
