Exceptional Service at Swickard Thousand Acura I am writing to formally express my gratitude and commend the outstanding service provided by the team at Swickard Thousand Oaks Acura, particularly the writing to formally express my gratitude and commend the outstanding service provided by the team at Swickard Thousand Oaks Acura, particularly the management and service staff, in resolving a significant issue with my Acura vehicle, which I purchased from the previous dealership Henderson Acura, three years ago. At the time of purchase, I acquired an extended five-year warranty, for which I paid a substantial additional amount separate from the vehicle’s cost. Regrettably, I was never informed by the previous dealership, Anderson, Acura that the dealership had been sold to new ownership. More critically, Anderson failed to transfer or communicate the details of my extended warranty to the new owners of Swickard Thousand Oaks Acura. As a result, when I brought my vehicle in for repairs, there was no record of my warranty in the system, despite having paid thousands of dollars for this coverage. I wish to emphasize that the team at Swickard Thousand Oaks Acura, under the leadership of your manager, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, diligence, and courtesy in addressing this matter. They went above and beyond to locate and verify my extended warranty, ultimately completing the necessary repairs on my vehicle at no cost to me. I was informed by another dealership that these repairs would have likely cost me at least $4,000 out of pocket. The efforts of your team not only saved me significant expense but also restored my confidence in your dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I must, however, express my profound disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of the previous dealership, Anderson, whose failure to properly document and transfer my warranty information created this unnecessary complication. Such oversight is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their operational standards. In contrast, I wholeheartedly commend Swickard Thousand Oaks Acura for exemplary service, integrity, and dedication to resolving this matter.
