Worst service experience. There is no proper customer support, and the phone lines are never answered or keep customers stuck on hold. Even after the service was completed, I did not receive the inspection report for my car. The calls I did manage to get through were not helpful and provided no useful information. This was the worst experience I have faced, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. Even no calls to notify after service due to that my car was stuck for overnight. More

I was miffed at the amount of time it took for someone to come out. I'd say I sat in the car, waiting, for about fifteen minutes. Service time was good. A particularly wonderful staff member assisted me again—her name storm she was the bright spot in a hectic day. She explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and maintained a positive, energetic attitude that made a real difference. She’s the kind of person who makes customers want to come back, and her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. I appreciate the store and the effort they put into taking care of customers. If I ever have any issue with my car, I’ll definitely return to see her. Thank you for the excellent service and for making a stressful day much better.
