Alfred Oshaghi sold me a vehicle with only 20 miles on it and kept telling me it was basically new, which I believed since there were only 20 miles on the car. I only skimmed around the car and did not look and kept telling me it was basically new, which I believed since there were only 20 miles on the car. I only skimmed around the car and did not look closely or fully inspect for any damages. After purchasing the vehicle I end up looking closely to see the rear bumper having a few dents and marks. Also the front grille of the vehicle was chipped. There was no reporting on the carfax of these damages, and Alfred did not care to disclose these damages to me even though he knew they were there once I brought it up to him. It is my fault for not looking closely at first, but these salespeople should definitely let it be known of these damages especially if they know. More

I got my car last week from here. I was searching for a car and had contacted different dealerships. But inventory was very low everywhere. I saw one in Toyota 101 and email the person (Elmer) about availability. He replied that it's available to book. I emailed back that I'm coming to book the car but didn't receive the reply. When I reached there, Elmer was confused and gave weird response and expression. He attended us (me and my friend) for a while and left. And then a lady at the main counter named Leesa attended us. At that time she was seeming very helpful. She took the $1000 down payment. When we asked about any discounts, she said just ask Elmer. There's no harm in asking. Let's see what he can do. When I asked her about trade in old car, she said send your vin number to Elmer and he will tell you about it. So I emailed him vin number after two days but again he didn't reply. After two days I called Leesa coz I wasn't comfortable with Elmer and wanted to change the sales person. But she didn't even listen a word and forwarded the call to him. When I asked him about trade in, he replied in very rude way that how can he give the quotation without seeing the car. Then why did that lady said to send him the vin number. And he could have replied in a nice way too. As I first time buyer, I didn't know anything. When I asked him about the estimate arrival date of the car, he again got rude. Now next week car arrived and I went to get the car. I didn't like the car in person at first sight and was confused whether should I really go for it. Anyhow when I asked about the final price, Elmer was again rude. On every question, he was just dropping the pen and asking do you want the car or not. He added $395 dealer accessories for paint protection which I denied while putting the money down. He didn't even remember that and was frustrated when he had to remove that. Then they always says that they're transparent. And when I asked him why they're charging $159 more for the LE conviene package than everywhere else. Rather than explaining anything, he said very rudely isn't it the price I gave you mam? He just didn't want to answer anything. After that I was scared to ask him anything and I got very puzzled. It was the worst experience ever. I had to get the car from them as I needed it ASAP. I wish I would have gotten it from somewhere else. Horrible customer service. I work in sales too. People ask for discounts all the time but I never get rude. They knew if I will not buy, someone else will buy. That's why they were so rude. Elmer made my car purchasing experience so bad that rather than enjoying my new car, I kept thinking the terrible process of buying it. Still trying to forget that experience and move on with my new car. It was emotionally disturbing experience. Before leaving, Elmer said you can call me if have any questions. I'm not gonna give him any opportunity to insult me and be rude with me again. He will only realize how bad he treats people when someone else will do the same to him. More

My husband and I were well aware that we needed a replacement for our tired 23 yr. old vehicle. We had been looking casually for about a year, we went to a few dealerships in other cities and finally replacement for our tired 23 yr. old vehicle. We had been looking casually for about a year, we went to a few dealerships in other cities and finally came upon our very own hometown Toyota dealership and upon Luis Parada. He had a very casual approach, but boy did he speak cars. He showed us a few cars unfortunately they were black which is one of the 2 colors I didnt want (white and black) it was going to be a deal breaker. After test driving a Highlander we knew what we wanted and he got to work looking for the Dark Gray with light gray interior we wanted, he found it in Milpitas!! He even picked it up for us. We never felt pressured by him at any moment, he always made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, we always felt heard, Thats why we were able to purchase our beautiful 2024 Highlander Platinum.. We highly recommend Luis, he is very knowledgeable in the cars he represents and he will get you what you want, if he doesn't have it on the lot and it exist somewhere nearby, he will find it. Thank You Luis for this great no pressure car buying experience! More
