He addressed all my queries very patiently and was available to give time when required. Due to his efforts I was able to get the car 1 month earlier than expected time. I got my car at MSRP price and there were no hidden markup charges. I have seen sales managers from other dealerships being pushy for purchasing add-on but that was not the case with Sean as it was completely optional. The overall process for car pick-up was also easy and fast as Sean had all things setup in advance. I would recommend folks to reach out to Sean if they ever need to buy new or old car. More

I am writing instead to encourage anyone who is interested in buying a car to go to Toyota 101, Redwood City and speak with Castulo. From the first time we walked into the dealership and were directed to Castulo, we knew we had met a decent and caring salesman. We came back four different times and each time, we had a great experience working with Castulo, whose excellent understanding of the Toyota lineup of cars and his competent help in clearly explaining the different features of the Toyota Corolla Cross, the Toyota Corolla Hydrid and the Rav 4 Hybrid, helped us immensely in understanding what car might work best for us. Though we were not able to purchase a car from Toyota 101, we want others to know that there is a forthright and knowledgeable young salesperson who will work with you to find the best car for your family. Quite honestly, we have never met a car salesman like this young man and if you are fortunate enough to work with Castulo and Toyota 101, we know you will find the right car at a fair price. We just purchased a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid at Toyota 101, and really enjoyed working with Roy Almeyda. He worked hard to find us the car that we wanted and kept us informed about his progress. We highly recommend asking for him to help you with your purchase. As for the dealership, we really appreciated that they did not tack on a dealer fee and that we did not have to haggle our price. It was understood when we ordered the car that we would be paying the MSRP, where other dealers wanted to add up to $5,000 markup. We will definitely deal with them again and work with Roy for sure!
