For our last service, they canceled our service appointment last minute because something/someone was not available at the location they specified. Then rescheduled for 2 days later. when we got there, it turns out they messed up and there was no appointment for us, so we had to wait longer. When we left, we discovered they had disconnected our dash cam (without consent) and didnt' reconnect it. The camera would not turn back on after reconnecting until we spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting and contacting the manufacturer. They should not be messing with dash cams that dont belong to them (they were rotating tires and checking fluids and tightening bolts.NO electrical work at all was being done) More
Derek did a good job dealing with a mistake. It started with a flat tire. I'm used to having 4 tires that hold air. Three is insufficient. The person on the phone from the dealer said they could have it the next day, and set up an appointment for the next morning. This was great. Next morning I arrive at the scheduled time. The greater seems confused. I show them the text message confirming the appointment. Seems the appointment is not in their system. Not so great. The service writer, Derek, thinks to check on the tire and sure 'nuff, it had not been ordered. Not great. It's about 38miles from my house to the dealer. On the temporary, not to exceed 50 MPH spare. Derek took responsibility for the screw-up and got to work. He located the tire. He figured out why it went to the wrong dealership. He got another ordered. Good. It arrives Monday. Not so good. Another 76 mile round trip on the temporary spare? Nope. He arranged a loaner car for the weekend. Great. The real world can be messy. Stuff happens. People make mistakes. What matters is how we deal with our mistakes. Derek took responsibility on behalf of the dealer and dealt with the problem. I had 4 wheels over the weekend. His attitude made the need for an extra round trip to the dealer less than ideal but acceptable. And with the loaner car, safe. This is how problems should be dealt with. - one star for the error with the order. + 4 stars for dealing with it. More
I have purchased 5 cars from Toyota 101, my service advisor was Todd - honest, friendly and reliable, he always remembered my name and my vehicle. Imagine my surprise when I went to the dealership and advisor was Todd - honest, friendly and reliable, he always remembered my name and my vehicle. Imagine my surprise when I went to the dealership and everyone that worked at Toyota 101 is gone! The new people didn’t know me, were not familiar with my vehicle and they were not professional. If I knew were Todd transferred to, I would take my vehicle there. Even there “preferred” auto shop changed, who they now recommend I have used them before with the negative results. More

Everything was taken care of. They had gone through and did a service call an update on my front camera and a brake check that was part of the last time I came in for a recall on They had gone through and did a service call an update on my front camera and a brake check that was part of the last time I came in for a recall on my brakes. Everything came out really well and they couldn’t find anything wrong with my brakes so after I’ve had it home and riding around in it, I don’t seem to have any problems anymore. More
