Excellent experience at Toyota 101 Redwood City. Both salespeople, Rose Chan and Safi Ansari, were amazing. Rose took me on a long test drive, was very honest throughout the process, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The managers were also excellent—very caring, patient, and courteous. Adam Raines was especially great. They handled everything thoughtfully, including the price adjustment, and were genuinely respectful and top-notch throughout the process. Another sales associate, Vahid Hashemi, was also incredibly cordial and helpful. We were almost ready to walk away because the car did not come with a spare key fob, but he handled the situation so well. He spoke with care, treated us with respect, and stayed involved until the very last moment when I was walking out of the parking lot. The financing and paperwork process was also very smooth, which made the whole experience even better. Everyone went above and beyond. I was fasting during Ramadan, and they were very kind and considerate about that too, which I really appreciated. I also got my first car here, which made the experience even more special, and I got it at a stellar price. The car looked great, was in fresh condition, and they gave it a wash for me and promised a second one since the core detail team was not available that day. They also filled the gas tank fully. Fantastic team and a truly positive buying experience. Highly recommended. More

We recently got our Toyota serviced at Toyota 101. The service advisor said everything was good after the multipoint inspection, including the battery health was marked green on the inspection results The service advisor said everything was good after the multipoint inspection, including the battery health was marked green on the inspection results paperwork. Within one week after the inspection, the battery died completely and had to be replaced. The inspection should have revealed issues with the battery in the first place but it wasn't. I'm disappointed by the lack of attention to details especially to basic inspection points such as battery life. More
