Phi Phan at Toyota 101 Redwood City was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable the minute we met him! He took time to show us the car, take a short drive and worked with the sales manager to get very friendly and knowledgeable the minute we met him! He took time to show us the car, take a short drive and worked with the sales manager to get very close to our target purchase price. When we discovered a small issue with our new used vehicle, he spoke with the service guys and had it addressed immediately with no hesitation the very next day. It was the Limited model (was looking for a XLE Premium model) but had the options I was looking for plus some. The process of purchasing the car took some doing though (dealt with 4 people) as the insurance options were added to the price without my knowledge but had it worked out in the end. I also had the dash cam installed which was rather quick considering the complexity of the device. More
