We went to Toyota 101 to enquire about a RAV4 in April 2023. We met Mr Sean Amir the salesman. He was very professional, thoughtful and helpful in making our decision. He helped us complete our finance process and we drove off in a new RAV4 yesterday. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Toyota 101 in Redwood City. We didn’t get the amount of money we were expecting for our trade in, but customer service provided by Sean was excellent. We have shared our pleasant experience with our friends and now at this site. Thank you Sean! We definitely recommend this place for buying. More
