Jorge contacted me monthly with updates on when car would be produced and shipped. He let me know when car was on boat from Japan, when it landed, and when it arrived at dealership. There was no hassle on price-MSRP with no added dealer upcharges (versus other dealers asking $3,000-$6,000 dealer surcharge). I recommend Jorge and Toyota 101 if you are looking for new Toyota. By the way, a couple of things worth mentioning and hopefully Toyota Company District Director will read this review and hopefully pay closer attention to the following items: 1. Vehicle Floor mates (carpet) for both RAV 4s were missing/not provided by Toyota Company. 2. One set of key provided at the time of purchase and we are still waiting of the second sets of keys. 3. RAV4 prime roof racks makes excessive noise plus the roof rack cross bar is in the middle of the sunroof. 4. Plug in door in my RAV 4 Prime is very flimsy and could be easily damaged by passing individuals or parked vehicles. A flush open plugin door that opens flush against the vehicle body could prevent such issue. More
