Don’t bother making an appointment. Had an appointment at 10:45am, showed up on time and was told it’ll be a 2 hr wait. Come 2 hours later, no updates, and was then told they haven’t even started on my car, and it’ll be ANOTHER 2-4 hours. I get they may be short staffed, I would’ve been okay with leaving my car there had they told me that upfront. Nothing against the service techs, this review is purely for managements poor communication. Wasted so much of my time for nothing. More
