Worst service experience. There is no proper customer support, and the phone lines are never answered or keep customers stuck on hold. I was miffed at the amount of time it took for someone to come out. I'd say I sat in the car, waiting, for about fifteen minutes. Service time was good. She explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and maintained a positive, energetic attitude that made a real difference. She’s the kind of person who makes customers want to come back, and her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. I appreciate the store and the effort they put into taking care of customers. If I ever have any issue with my car, I’ll definitely return to see her. Thank you for the excellent service and for making a stressful day much better. Service department has seriously declined since Swickard took over management. Latest issue was having a different service performed other than I requested with out discussing it with me. Service advisor le took over management. Latest issue was having a different service performed other than I requested with out discussing it with me. Service advisor left for lunch while I was waiting for my car, so had to find another advisor to assist me when the text came in with the video report of my service. Video reports are absolutely useless as there is no evidence of any service done. More
