Spencer was very knowledgable about Toyota vehicles and caring about us as customers to make sure we were 100% happy with our deal and our new car. We were so pleased with Toyota 101 that I returned a couple of weeks later with my older Camry to have scheduled maintenance in their service department. The service side was great, too! We were so pleased in working with Spencer in sales that we have referred him to family members and friends. I have worked with various Toyota dealers for over 20 years as I love Toyotas, and this dealership is truly one of the best. We picked up the Toyota Corolla 2022 last month after waited for a month. At the beginning, one sale man called me. I asked him about the car I like the most, but he told me to wait for 4 months.
