First of all, they are only charging MSRP for hybrid vehicles when every other dealer is taking advantage of the shortage and greedily charging $5K to $10K above MSRP. Their sales approach was not high pressure at all. If I did not want something additional, they would not try to force me or pressure me to get it. Phi set up an appt for me when I was out of town and my car had come in. I came to purchase it at the appt and Phi explained very well the specifics of the vehicle that I purchased.
