We had a great experience buying a Prius Prime here. Frankie worked with me over email before we arrived. Afterwards, he walked us through the finances and was able to get us a rebate we found at another dealer. At no point did we ever feel rushed, and Frankie took the time to educate us about the smart features of our car so we would not be surprised. (The Limited trim Prius Prime did not have android auto, but the lower tier LE trim did, and that was a feature we cared about). He even helped us debug our registration with Toyota connect when it did not succeed at first. We really liked working with Frankie. I also want to give a shout out to Adam, who helped explain the Toyota Plus VSA to us. Zack was the Finance Manager that worked with us, and he was also very friendly and patient. He took the time to explain everything to us about the optional extended warranty (Toyotacare Platinum) and maintenance plan (Toyotacare Plus). He gave us the time to read through all the documents, and to step out to talk to family when we were unsure what to make of a mandatory arbitration provision in the contract. Finally, he helped us take advantage of available state rebates for electric vehicles. We would 100% buy a car from Toyota101 again. More

It wasnt in the lot nor in their inventory but thanks to Adam, was able to track the exact car (year, color and interior from another Toyota location)that I wanted and was able to get it to me within a few days.My service with everyone there has been amazing and even my significant other is looking to go to them to buy a car as well. Great service, amazing people who know their vehicles on the lot. Thanks to everyone there im now able to take the time to repair my other car while having a safe car to teach my daughter to drive.
