Frankie answered all my questions and was very patient as I made my decision on my future vehicle. He explained the process in detail and before I knew it my future car was at the dealership. Once I arrived to pick it up, it took no more than 1-2 hours to do paperwork and I was impressed! In such a seller market, many dealerships and car salesmen greeted me with an attitude. Almost making me beg them to sell the car, with extremely high mark-ups over MSPR. I met Mark at Toyota 101 during my online inquiry. I was surprised this dealership was the only one I could find within few hundred miles from the San Francisco Bay Area that they don't mark up the Venza! Mark was very courteous from the beginning, treating me with respect. He helped me secure the vehicle I was looking for with the exact options. I had to wait for the car to be shipped from Japan which took a few weeks. During the wait period, Mark kept me up-to-date on the status. He's always quick to address my questions, even during his day off! At the end, there was no surprise. I am now a happy owner of the Venza.
