Rich and Curt are AMAZING! I was kept up to date on everything. I am 5 minutes way from Toyota Hayward and drive all the way just to come here. They tell me everything my car ne I was kept up to date on everything. I am 5 minutes way from Toyota Hayward and drive all the way just to come here. Very reliable Toyota agency. Chris Terlaje is awesome. The technician that put in my battery did not tighten the screws in the battery. Therefore, after I left and shopping else Chris Terlaje is awesome. The technician that put in my battery did not tighten the screws in the battery. Friendly, Straightforward and considerate Even though it was a busy day I was tended to relatively quickly by the service attendant Rich. I researched on the prices for smog check in other location around the dealership and he matched it for me which was very nice. I had to wait for a while to get the shuttle back to office which wasn't great as I missed a meeting but the female employee serving the rental department on that day noticed my disappointment after a while and pushed to get someone to move things along. After that things were smooth and the pickup from my office was on time. I was also given a nicely washed car back which is always great. More
