I had bragged about how good this service center was. Was is now the operative word. I had an appt. for 9:30 brought my car in went for walk came back at 11:30 and rude lady at counter said appt. was for Was is now the operative word. I showed her the text and she was dismissive and said I don't know go talk to service. I went back and they had not even started. I needed car by 2PM to go to work. They called around 3:00 saying it would be ready by 5. No one head a single thing I said and there was no sense of urgency or care. I said i will pick up car tomorrow morning. Went in a little before 9, took awhile for them to figure it out, told me to wait in lobby they were closing out paper work. About 20 minutes later i get a text saying it is ready. They had my car for a day to do simple service. The manager said it was his 2nd day and they had gotten rid of a lot of the previous help. Those guys were great and things ran smooth. I am not sure I will be bringing my car back here which is too bad it is close by. And at paying time there was no coupon, no we will take some off the bill. I had to ask about check up where it used to be they would go over to let you know levels of breaks, tire info etc. Just thanks for your money see ya later. More

Difficulty in making a service appointment. Came at 2 pm as per scheduled appointment. Parked 12th in line. It took 30 minutes to check-in. Service done next day. Even though they were slammed with service appointmens, they still managed to get my car in for its 10,000 mi. service and done the same day.
