I paid my bill I line and responded to the text message reminding them of my request. Want to guess what happened when I showed up to get my car after hour? The best part was when I came back in the morning and explained the team of my disappointment. It turned out it was my fault! I didn’t talk to the right person. Toyota 101 management should review how their employees treat their customers. More

He went above Lou Marino was attentive, helped me get my car in and out efficiently for service, and addressed my concern regarding minor body work. He went above and beyond, checking to see if I could get my paint scratch airbrushed instead of an extensive, costly, unnecessary repair. He helped me get a paint touch-up stick in the end, get my car washed and beautifully camoflauged the damage. My husband and I are very impressed with the sales and service at Toyota 101 and highly recommend this sales and service center. Thank you!! More
