Took an hour and a half for a standard oil change. Had coupon for 28.95 price and confirmed that when I booked the appointment. He finally adjusted the price but was rude about it. Also, while waiting in the dealership during the service, 2 salesman got into a loud argument over a customer and a commission. The older salesman was way out of line, berating the younger salesman and swearing loudly. Very, very unprofessional and the fact that none of the other 10-15 people working did nothing says a lot about the culture at Swickert Toyota in Edmonds WA More
