I needed my car battery to be replaced and I dropped the car off the day before and was told that it would be done by noon the next day. I called around 10am, left a message and no one return. Another 3 ca car off the day before and was told that it would be done by noon the next day. I called around 10am, left a message and no one return. Another 3 calls after that and left a message, but no one responds. On the 5th calls, I asked to talk to the manager and waited for 20 min or so and got hung up. I had a arrange ride to pickup around noon but had to cancel that one. Finally, the 6th calls near ending the day, I got to talk to someone explained my frustration and he told me the person helping me left for the day. What the heck. Someone left for the day and no one else seems to care. This is my last time taking my car to Swickard Toyota for service. Horrible service and communication. More
