My visit was OK and checking in was much quicker than previous visit. However, they did not take my paperwork that showed that I had a maintenance agreement because they said it was all in computer and w previous visit. However, they did not take my paperwork that showed that I had a maintenance agreement because they said it was all in computer and wanted to charge me for the filters when they were covered under the agreement. So they didn’t change the filer for me for my 70 k mile check in. Otherwise Service and detailing was very good. More
