Manager has no people skills I took my car in for repair. Was there for over 4 hours and was told my car was not drivable because another part was needed and was not available at I took my car in for repair. Was there for over 4 hours and was told my car was not drivable because another part was needed and was not available at the part stores. The manager said I could not have a car to drive home because I did not buy my vehicle there. I have always been given a car in the past. Will never go there again. More

Ive gone and bought a vehicle over in the city before, Ashley ford. IM A FORD WOMAN FROM A FORD FAMILY. Im impressed with the service and the sales people. It has never mattered to me which person i dealt with, ive been treated like i was family. I now have a beautiful ford and i will always so buisness with Hawkeye, becaise after my tranny went out my moutainneer from Ashley Ford, they handled that, and got me into a beautiful f150 like i had initially. I hit 4 deer this year and my choice for body work is right there too. M&M Body shop are the exact reason i will continue to go back over and over. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED HONESTY, FAIR PRICES ,and treating even my mother right as we put her into a new vehicle too. IM IMPRESSED AS ALWAYS!! More
