I was happy with my experience with both Barney & Chris. I was a little disappointed in how my brand new vehicle was cleaned for me. I found spots in the back seat, the tailgate was dirty and the inside o I was a little disappointed in how my brand new vehicle was cleaned for me. I found spots in the back seat, the tailgate was dirty and the inside of the window was also dirty in spots. I was hoping for a little better on that part. I thought Chris was very good at explaining everything to me and not pushing about the additional coverage options. I appreciated the time that Barney took to explain all the features of my new car.
