The epitome of a dealership is leaving the lot after spending 1000s on the undercoat. Obviously, this was not the case with Tacoma Dodge. After Gary finished up with the process, I went to see Jonathan M for the finance. I already had USAA approve my application that Dodge could not beat, but my USAA loan was more than the amount required, so after reapplying, the APR skyrocketed and Jonathan M was able to successfully beat the APR. Once that was complete, Tim L was able to assist me with the new vehicle and help me remove anything from my trade-in vehicle. Thanks to USAA, my stay was about 4 hours, but I’m sure if I started with Tacoma Dodge for financing, I would have left a lot earlier. I got to know all the key people there and felt very comfortable. If I could, I would buy another car and Tim L would be my main contact. I also learned what the ducks mean from Mark I. More
