I found a used truck on their lot I liked, I worked with Eugene and Sydney in sales over a couple days, they were very helpful with spending time with me on the lot, a test drive and phone calls. So i found a truck that i liked a few months ago, i live out of state, so i need to plan a trip just to go to pick up the truck. So after talking a few times, someone else bought the truck before me. Whatev out of state, so i need to plan a trip just to go to pick up the truck. So after talking a few times, someone else bought the truck before me. Whatever cool, thats fine. But just recently found another truck that i wanted, talked to the dealer, struck a deal. Said hey, im canceling my plans, ill be there in the morning to buy the truck. Made a plan to drive the 6 hours. Took the trip, as i walked through the door, someone else is sitting down at a table signing papers to buy the very truck that we already struck a deal for. xxx. So glad i wasted my day to buy a truck that we made a deal for. Dont shop here. More

Was sold a transmission by this dealership and the parts manager David Bosh. Installed new transmission and it was faulty, would not shift properly. Was told by David that they would not send me another tra manager David Bosh. Installed new transmission and it was faulty, would not shift properly. Was told by David that they would not send me another transmission, was told to call the Mopar hotline for a warranty. Warranty company told me it would have to be seen by a dealer for repairs. The fact is that I was sold a faulty transmission by this dealership and they now want me to spend money to bring the vehicle to their shop. Stay away from the parts department if you want quality parts and don't want the run around. More

This dealership falls far below the industry standards. My experience has been a total xxxx show from the start. I had my Jeep gladiator serviced They rotated my tires, on my way home on the freeway, tak My experience has been a total xxxx show from the start. I had my Jeep gladiator serviced They rotated my tires, on my way home on the freeway, taking the exit my front driverside wheel and tire came off slamming the jeep to the ground the jeep is lifted on 32 tires.. The dealership had it towed back to them. They provided me with a Jeep gladiator while they fix my jeep. 5 weeks go bye I don't hear nothing from them I mean not courtesy call nothing. So I reached out to thire insurance they provided the estimates. Two days latter the dealership wants the Jeep back TODAY and will allow me to go get a rental car. I feel like ya you get your jeep back when I get mine back. Not the case. They have absolutely shown zero consideration for the situation. My jeep won't begin to be fixed untill May 28th More
