We are sorry that you are continuing to be unhappy.. We clearly told you at the time of purchase that the Patriot you purchased did not have Sirius Satellite radio.. You promised to give us a good review if we paid your tax.. We did, then you came back and said you would not give us a good review because we were not getting your Montana Plate and registration fast enough.. We told you it was out of our hands and that we were waiting for Montana to send the plates.. the delay was out of our control. In-spite of that, we paided to have headed seat's install as a goodwill gesture.. Legally we can only issue 3 trip permits.. it again is out of our control.. still waiting for Montana.. we kept our word and went above and beyond. Why did you give us a poor review after all we financially did? We are punished for a delay beyond our control.. Doug Larson 253 651-5179

We are upset because Eric the manager told us that the paperwork will be mailed out next business day which was Monday. Chad personally guaranteed me that it will be taken care of. So if you guys couldn't issue us the trip permits, why make my husband drive all the way out there and tell him no? WHY NOT just tell him over the phone on where we need to go to get this taken care of?

Chad admitted he made the mistake about the radio the next day on Monday after the fact that the car was PURCHASED on Sunday. Maybe it was honest mistake but he still ADMITTED THAT he TOLD US that before we purchased the car.
