I have always had my suv serviced at Tacoma Subaru and it has always been extremely pleasant and through. I don’t even consider taking it anywhere else. Received a interior detail for $220 and my carpet still had visible dirt and my windshield was worse after the detail; it was smeared and covered in residue with whatever was used to clean it, unfortunatel had visible dirt and my windshield was worse after the detail; it was smeared and covered in residue with whatever was used to clean it, unfortunately I wasn’t pleased with their service. Overpriced and not as professional as I assumed a Dealership would offer. Definitely won’t refer a friend to this establishment, I’d rather refer someone that I dislike, for revenge. My car is clean, I have no kids or pets…..so I expected a restoration cleaning with shampooing etc…. I just wish my detail experience was better. More
Ran my credit without my permission and I paid cash for the car. Purchased on 3/15/22 and was supposed to be ready the next day but wasn’t until 3/18/22. Still no license plate. My last live chat with Brea the car. Purchased on 3/15/22 and was supposed to be ready the next day but wasn’t until 3/18/22. Still no license plate. My last live chat with Brea today said to stop by anytime to pick up the plates but they still don’t have them so if I hadn’t questioned it, that would have been another waste of my time. It’s the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! More
