Tamaroff Honda

I came in with a grinding sound when I applied the brakes. Matt said they were no longer a Buick dealer but he would do what he could to diagnos the problem and repair it. I also said that I was to meet a very good friend in Frankenmuth the following day but if necessary I would have to postpone. Matt call later and said they didn't want me to miss my trip to Frankenmuth and they could fix the brake problem that day. I certainly appreciate his (their) effort to quickly fix the problem. Service staff is very unfriendly. I have been there several times over a number of years and on this latest visit no one even acknowledged that they had ever seen me before. Cashier was the only friend several times over a number of years and on this latest visit no one even acknowledged that they had ever seen me before. Cashier was the only friendly individual. Also, $37 for an oil change is outrageous. The only reason I went there was because I was going out of town the next day and needed an oil change and was able to get a same day appointment the day before the trip. More

I brought my car in about 3 weeks ago to have it checked and worked with Matt. He advised me of the issue with the car and told me to bring it back for a recheck after 1000 miles. Here's my complaint in a nutshell. My vehicle was dropped off at Tamaroff Honda the at the end of May. There was only $2,700 worth of damage to the vehicle. The insurance estimates were made very quickly from Allstate, but I felt it took Tamaroff far too long to fix my car and have it back to me. In fact, it was promised to me twice at earlier dates and wasn't ready either time I came in to pick it up. The first time I was told it would be "another week" and the second time I was told " the body shop mechanic didn't show up to work so he couldn't put my car back together in time as promised." Seriously? Also, there are two employess named Christina working in the body shop office. Everytime I called and asked for Christina I would alway here "your car is being handled by the other Christina". Maybe Tamaroff's body shop manager should eliminate this confusion and simply have one of the ladies be referred as Chris, Chrissy or Christine to avoid the confusion. I am confident the repairs were done correctly, but very disappointed in how long it too to get my car back. More
