I brought my Honda in for a recall. Steve was the service employee handling the transaction. Steve was very professional, pleasant and thorough and I felt that I was being well taken care of. Steve informed me that as the service department was vey busy, the car probably would not be ready that day, but perhaps by the next day. As it turned out the car was not ready until the morning of day after. While the car was in service, Steve called several times to keep me informed of the progress, apologizing sincerely for the delay. Luckily, I did not need the car during that period of time and assured him that it was OK. I highly recommend Tamaroff Honda, and Steve as a service associate. More

The dealership did a great job overall. I would say that the vehicle prep could have been a little better. Also, it would be great if they offered better floor mats for all vehicle models.
