I leased a 2024 Honda HR-V back in July of this year from Tamaroff. From day one I have been having an issue with feedback on the handsfree phone. On November 12, 2024 I took the vehicle in for service and Tamaroff. From day one I have been having an issue with feedback on the handsfree phone. On November 12, 2024 I took the vehicle in for service and explained the issue with the phone to the service representative. She stated that there was nothing they could do. She suggested that I turn down the volume. I informed her that I already tried turning the volume down. I have a vehicle that I can't use the handsfree phone due to constant feedback. I have been a loyal customer of Tamaroff for years but once this lease has expired I will not be returning. More

I had a great purchase experience for my 2024 Ridgeline, very happy with the vehicle and dealership.
