Just Don't - I purchased a vehicle and it's been a nightmare since!!! Love the car - had an awesome salesman TJ but after that it was all downhill. Almost 60 days later I still don't have my tags because the agent there called me on day 21 post purchase to ask me if I wanted to handle the paperwork myself with the DMV - huh thought that was all in the purchase price. She then stated the DMV was closed until March (idiot) . My third temporary tag is about to expire which incidentally is the last tag I can get. Now I find myself incurring another $300 expense because I have to fly to another state to pick up the tags even though their process is to mail them to your home address BUT because someone at Tameron sent a note that I needed to pick up the tags despite my telling them they would be mailed to my home address I received a call telling me otherwise. Why would you mail the information to a local office instead of the main DMV? Now I have to cut my pleasure trip short to fly somewhere I didn't necessarily have to fly to to pick up some tags that should have been applied for within 30 days - did I mention we are almost on day 60. Worst purchasing process EVER!!! I have purchased several cars from different states and NEVER had this problem. Just don't because I won't. More

I've called many times to speak with the finance manager since Lindsay/Lindsey wasn't able to help. I was transferred numerous times, hung up on, and still didn't speak to the person who could help. I was conned into going to tameron dodge by a sells representative saying that I was approved for the vehicle and all I needed is 2 proofs of income and my id. Well when I get there 2 hours away from w representative saying that I was approved for the vehicle and all I needed is 2 proofs of income and my id. Well when I get there 2 hours away from where I live I was told they sold it and I didn't qualify for nothing else on that lot. I was then told that the sister company has more inventory and that I should go 30 minutes away to the tameron Honda dealership. So I got to the Honda dealership and sat there with 2 different sales people and was just left sitting at a desk that nobody returned to. So at closing time the financing guy Calvin said they had a couple vehicles on the lot he should be able to get me into. Well needless to say it's 4 days later and he never called me back even after leaving multiple messages. Just beware of this place a bunch of liers that will say any thing to get you there More

This place is absolute trash. We thought we did our due diligence, did our research, and chose this place based on reviews. Weeks later, my credit is screwed with no resolve-> du We thought we did our due diligence, did our research, and chose this place based on reviews. Weeks later, my credit is screwed with no resolve-> due to the dealership dropping the ball and not contacting the previous finance company and delaying the payoff check. Absolutely not worth it...... if you decide to go-> bug them and stay on top of it until you know they actually did their job... .. or you could end up watching your credit fall over 100 points overnight, all while hashing it out with a finance company because the dealership washed their hands with it the moment we signed papers and left. More
