Getting approval on car then dealership lowers price on it not resubmitting new price to bank 3 thousand dollar difference in a week please stay away from this corrupt place ! Loved our salesman Our Salesman Reynaldo, was fantastic. Buying a car is torturous and takes a whole day. I was so dreading the experience, but knew we wanted a Honda Our Salesman Reynaldo, was fantastic. Buying a car is torturous and takes a whole day. I was so dreading the experience, but knew we wanted a Honda. We met Reynaldo and he made us feel instantly comfortable. He was extremely pleasant and patient. We had lots of back and forth deciding and driving. If he ever felt impatient with us, we never knew it. We are Honda loyal, HOWEVER, every now and then you meet a salesperson you would follow somewhere else. Reynaldo is one. Great job REYNALDO HERRERA!!! Also a shout out to JOSH who helped me learn all the gadgets in the Pilot. Reynaldo was with a new customer when I showed up and Josh did a great job. Lori and Tim Sisk. Fairhope. More

Great service experience! I was just in on Tuesday, needing an oil and filter change, had to return today to get a window regulator replaced. I knew they were slammed, but the I was just in on Tuesday, needing an oil and filter change, had to return today to get a window regulator replaced. I knew they were slammed, but they got me in, took me to my doctor’s appointment in Daphne, came and picked me up rom my doctor’s appointment, even offered to take me to a place for breakfast, but Mark in service said it would only take an hour. They did not try to up sell me when I got my oil changed Tuesday, just mentioned that the “brake fluid was dirty”, but didn’t need to be changed until the next service. Regarding the regulator, they were extremely accommodating on such a busy day. I fully expected that I might have to leave my car there until Monday. But they had the part and took prompt care of my problem! Thanks to Mark and Ron! More
