The sales team was extremely good. The sales team was extremely good but the finance person did not explain the extended warranty very well. I thought I was getting a 10 year 100,000 m The sales team was extremely good but the finance person did not explain the extended warranty very well. I thought I was getting a 10 year 100,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty and what I found out several days later is that the bumper to bumper warranty was only for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles and the remainder of the warranty covered electrical, engine, drive train and other major breakdowns but is not the same as the first 3 years 36,000 miles. I also thought the warranty that cost $2,100.00 covered the warranty mentioned above, service and a coating to protect the finish. This was not the case but each cost extra totaling over $3,000.00.
