Scam artist This place is a complete scam they sold me the car service plan for my 2015 Lexus. Well when it came time to change my oil I was told the plan they so This place is a complete scam they sold me the car service plan for my 2015 Lexus. Well when it came time to change my oil I was told the plan they sold me doesn’t cover the oil change for my car because it takes synthetic oil . The dealer ship admitted it was there mistake and they would upgrade my contract and I would be getting my new contract in the mail well after numerous phone calls I have still yet to receive my new service plan. I have had my oil changed a number of three times one time tameron changed it then I took it to Lexus of Mobile tameron covered the difference of price the plan they sold me only covers $30 and my oil change price in $90 .well I take it for my third oil change yesterday and the plan only coverd only $30 again after I spoke with calvain and Elliot on the phone and they told me it would cover the full amount and it didn’t I had to come out my pocket $60.well I was told to come to tameron Honda today and they would just refund me well they are only refunding me $129 I paid $799 for the service plan and they have only $210 towards my oil changes so basically I’ve paid $799 for three oil changes. And believe me I have talked to these guys numerous times telling me they would take care of everything I think the whole amount should be refunded !! Scam, scam,scam!!!! I will never recommend this company More
