I was bit skeptical at first due to past experiences we had, had when in the market for a car. When we drove up Brian Cooper walked up and introduced himself and I am afraid I wasn't very friendly to him I told him of our past bad experiences dealing with car salesmen. Brian listened to me and took what I said to him in stride and assured me that he would do his best to make sure that this visit was a positive one. Brian Cooper could not have made our experience any more pleasant and we did leave with the vehicle we had fallen in love with. We would highly recommend Tameron Honda, and Brian Cooper to family, friends, and anyone looking for a great car buying experience. We found a car we were interested in online, and called the dealership to ask about Our experience at Tameron Honda Eastern Shore has been fantastic. We found a car we were interested in online, and called the dealership to ask about a test drive. Our salesman Dylan set us up with a test drive for that afternoon. He met us outside with the car freshly washed and ready for us to check out. He was extremely efficient, thorough and friendly. He was never pushy, and never made us feel obligated to do business there. We were genuinely happy to purchase the car from him because of his excellent service. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, it was late In the evening and pushed into after work hours for everyone we worked with. None of them complained or rushed us. They took us through every single thing we needed to know and did not skimp on anything in the process. After we purchased the vehicle, we were due to bring it back to the service department for some touch ups that were agreed upon during the sale. Dylan orchestrated this whole process, walking me over to the sales center, carrying heavy items from my car to be transferred to my rental, handling all logistics with the service department, and staying with me until I got my rental car. He then took the time to show me all of the gadgets in the rental. Dylan went above and beyond with us to make sure this was a very pleasant experience all around. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car! We will absolutely do business with him again! More
