I did my homework prior to arriving at the dealership, and I am so grateful for Tyson Crawleys expertise. I am a pre-nursing student, and my Fiancé is a very busy Chef. We needed a vehicle that was reliable, safe, and fuel efficient, and Tyson helped us find jsut that. He was very knowledgeable and allowed us to look at and test drive whatever vehicles we were interested in. He kept us up to date on the process of our loan, and took into account our (hopeful) budget. While we sipped on some fresh Starbucks coffee, the wonderful crew at Tameron took care of the hard stuff. Everyone was a delight (this includes Calvin Mitchell in finance). They were all so kind and understandable of our fidgety 10month old girl. Before we lef the lot, the vehicle we just purchased began to make a little noise from the air conditioner. I called concerned, but they assured me that they will take care of whatever is going on with it ... even if it is not covered on the warranty we just included in our purchase. We are SO impressed. This is the second vehicle we have purchased here, and I plan on sending everyone their way. They truly know customer service, and take pride in their customers satisfaction. More
