Caterry made no attempts to persuade me into any other purchase other than what I wanted. During the test drive we discovered we both served in the Army in Germany. During this experience, I frequently tried to expedite the process, but he calmly reminded me that there steroids that needed to be taken that were in my best interest. Because we had developed a rapport, I entertained his request. At the end of this experience, I drove away in the car I wanted with an APR lower than what USAA was offering.
