Throughout the entire process, he explained every feature of the vehicle. And Tyler, the sales manager was awesome! He knew where I needed to be and he got me there. No haggling back and forth, just made it work. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot but Tyler got it there right away and made sure I was in something comparable until it arrived.
