Great Car Buying Experience Rick took care of us and did his best to get us what we wanted. We drove away with an excellent hybrid and a great buying experience. We did not feel Rick took care of us and did his best to get us what we wanted. We drove away with an excellent hybrid and a great buying experience. We did not feel pressured at all by any of the staff and Rick walked us through the entire process up to signing the paperwork. The only hiccup is payoff of the trade-in is still pending and it took a few weeks for the registration/promissory note paperwork to process (might be an Alabama thing). Other than that, we would definitely return here next time we're in the market for a car. More

I called the dealership after another dealership sold a car that I was promised would be there waiting on me after a 40 minute drive. I was not in the best mood. Upon arriving to Tameron Brian Cooper met m car that I was promised would be there waiting on me after a 40 minute drive. I was not in the best mood. Upon arriving to Tameron Brian Cooper met me at the door and let me test drive two cars that were better than the one I was going to see. He was extremely friendly and made me forget all about my horrible morning. He was very knowledgeable and chatted with my family and myself while we waited. I walked out with a newer car than I expected, in a lot better shape. I was beyond pleased. I’ve heard the normal rumors about this dealership and I can say my experience was amazing! He was RUDE I received a call to come in for zero down after a very lengthy phone call I agreed to come in letting them know I had very little time. Long story s I received a call to come in for zero down after a very lengthy phone call I agreed to come in letting them know I had very little time. Long story short after NUMEROUS changes, and 3 hours when I was told it would be “in and out in a hour” and going from zero down to 1000 and only having 1 car to choose from to say I was upset doesn’t come close. The salesman was clueless as to what to say and the so called financial manager KEVIN was short rude and just unpleasant all around I left upset Within 20 minutes I received a call telling me that I WAS approved with zero down. The next day I took off work (money lost) was told to bring my husband but when we got here NO ONE was available to help( the knew I was on my way and my husband was on his lunch break. He wasn’t happy about no one even speaking other then hello to us I’m came back a 3rd time had to wait for yet another hour before the other finance manager would even tell me and the salesperson what I had to choose from. I had a choice of 2 this time. Price is way to high interest is to damm high zero down went back up to 500 and my payment I told them I would NOT pay over 350and of course they come back with a higher payment of 415. And expected me to be GRATEFUL for a over price xxx I will not EVER recommend these LYERS and con men to anyone. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman they think they can treat me like xxxx but not this one. They say be thing then do something else totally and then try to over talk u when u call them in it. Crappy ppl here More
