Hard to get a hold of advisor. Reception doesn’t have answers to simplest questions. I brought my car in for an estimate after my wife hit a curb. Quoted be 5k and when I called to Reception doesn’t have answers to simplest questions. I brought my car in for an estimate after my wife hit a curb. Quoted be 5k and when I called to figure out why that high, my advisor said oh he looked at it quickly and just price out everything that might be wrong, then added but we might not need this that and maybe be that and they would adjust afterwards. Yea cause dealerships have such a great reputation on being honest. Ended up going through my insurance and cost came out to be 2k. Will never go back to this place, we moved here from out of state and talk about shock. Will drive further away to go to a different dealer but never this one. More
