My car took frim 6-8 to 7-31 to fix and I’m still waiting on my refund from the overpayment. It is now 9-7 and I keep being told they are waiting for accounting to cut a check. The service is terrible. I purchased my car in ‘19 from here and this was the only place I had my car serviced. (Never experienced a problem until now) End of May I was invol I purchased my car in ‘19 from here and this was the only place I had my car serviced. (Never experienced a problem until now) End of May I was involved in an auto accident and the collision center sent my car here to have the airbags and dashboard replaced. They gave me a certain date it would be done and each week the date was pushed back, continuously for over a month, almost 2 (A job that only takes a few days to complete) I went in to get info concerning a completion date or at least an update and I was told the supervisor, Timothy, was in a meeting and would be out shortly. I sat for about 40 mins and asked the cashier I initially talked to about whether or not I needed to schedule an appt to speak with him. She replies “Oh he never came for you?” I’m like no, she says “I don’t think he’s here anymore” long story short Timothy left. Knowing I was there I could have at least been acknowledged right?! 2 weeks later and I finally get my car back. I notice I can’t set the time in the car and get an error message about the GPS antenna being open, I’m told I need to bring it in, I’ve been 3 times. The second time they tried troubleshooting and said they would need to take the dash apart again because something must not be connected. I was told to bring it today. Today I left my car about 8:45 MY CAR STILL ISN’T FIXED. I showed up a about 4:15 to get an update after being told at 2ish that it would be ready in an hour. I was told now I need to contact my insurance and tell them I need a new radio. I’m over Ray Brandt KIA and I don’t recommend anyone use this service department. The service advisor, Vicky, gave me the feeling as if I was bothering her during this whole process. All I wanted was accurate information concerning the completion of my vehicle.
