Good service but I was disappointed with 3 aspects. 1-I have called several times about my recall and got different answers including we don't have the parts yet, we are keeping a list and will call 1-I have called several times about my recall and got different answers including we don't have the parts yet, we are keeping a list and will call you, just bring it in, we will take care of it. Just bring it in was the last answer. So I scheduiled service at the same time. Only to be told that they have to order the part. This is friustrating as no one likes a repeat trip to the dealer. 2- I told the intake person that my low air pressure indicator was coming on intermittently to please check the indicator light as the air pressure was fine. And I asked was that it OK when he told me that the car was ready. When I read my receipt after leaving he wrote it up as "customer reports tires losing pressure" THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAID.. So.. I don't think the problem was investigated and will probably have to make yet another trip back. 3-There is a shop fee added and that was not explained to me. It's only around $7 but I have never seen that before. I did not talk to Vickie, it was a guy. More
I bought my car in for minor repairs. kia was very good with their services department,no problems. Except for shipping parts,like everything nowadays it takes time for the item to arrive kia was very good with their services department,no problems. There was absolutely 0 communication from the service agents unless I reached out first. I had to continue to be the middle man between this business and my car insurance which I have never had to do bef agents unless I reached out first. I had to continue to be the middle man between this business and my car insurance which I have never had to do before when trying to get my car worked on. The agents I worked with were very short with me and made me feel like a burden when I was trying to just get updates on my car. Sometimes I would get put on hold for so long I eventually got hung up on. They also told me they fixed things that they did not and I had parts flying off my car that I was told were fixed. Make sure your insurance company works directly with this location. Otherwise, I do not recommend taking your car here. More

It took a few tries to finally find out what was the cause of my Kia Soul “not starting” every time I started it. The Torque Converter isn’t a cheap part either; nor is it small. It took over two mont cause of my Kia Soul “not starting” every time I started it. The Torque Converter isn’t a cheap part either; nor is it small. It took over two months for it to come in but was replaced within a day. Knock on wood, hasn’t given me a problem since. Everyone in the service center has been nice and remember me and my “Dragon Maid” Kia soul. More
